The registration for the conference is done by means of a registration form. By submitting the form the participant accepts the conditions further specified. Participation is final on receipt of the full payment of the conference fee.

Cancellation policy

The participant is entitled to cancel the registration per email or per letter. Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the conference is possible with a full refund of the conference fee minus 25 euro for administration charges. From 8 till 2 weeks before the conference cancellation is possible with a 50% refund of the conference fee. From 2 weeks until the start of the conference or in case of no show the full amount has to be paid. No refund will be possible.


We will handle your personal data with the utmost care. All data storage and use will be in accordance with the Dutch law on protecting personal data.

Purpose of data handling

Any data send to us by email or registration form will be kept on file till the end of the conference or any longer if necessary to answer any questions or deal with your request.
